BestDrive by Continental – COVID 19 update

Updated : 30/03/2020

Dear Customers

BestDrive by Continental (BestDrive) are following all notifications being issued by the Government in relation to the COVID 19 crisis.

BestDrive has been instructed last weekend to change from being “fully open” to now operating an “EMERGENCY CALL-OUT” service with immediate effect.

What this means is that BestDrive will be there to support all our frontline service companies (Ambulances, Gardai, An Post, Home delivery etc etc). BestDrive will also support all the individual staff who are still working in approved essential service companies, and of course our healthcare workers and those individual/family members looking after the most vulnerable in our country.

So if you have an emergency with your car, you can still contact us and we will try to get the issue fixed for you in the shortest time period possible.

Regarding our branches please note that we have branches who will be open for business across the country – 6 days a week.  So in the event of an emergency you will be best served contacting the branch by phone or online in advance so we can see how best to resolve you issue.  All relevant contact details are listed on this website under the “Find a Branch” section .

We will also have a number of branches who will be closed to the public but who will still offer an emergency service to the local community, so we are still there to help you in your hour of need. In these circumstances please contact the local branch by phone or online and we will revert to you as soon as possible.

At BestDrive we are determined to play our part in keeping the country moving though these challenging times and we will do our best to help who we can as quickly as we can.

BestDrive by Continental – You drive, we care.
