This impressive quality tyre has been made by our parent company Continental AG., and carries with that a comprehensive series of test to ensure that this tyre will serve customers well with both top class braking and exceptional mileage.

As well as purchasing a top class quality tyre, we are delighted to advise that BestDrive by Continental are offering FREE puncture repair * (please note that tyres that can be repaired, will be repaired by BestDrive staff and will not be replaced under this guarantee) on our BestDrive branded tyre range, which includes FREE rebalancing and valve replacement** for the legal life of the tyre.

In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty our BestDrive tyre range will be guaranteed against accidental damage caused by kerbs or potholes. If the tyre is damaged and is not suitable for repair, replacement will be made on the following basis:

To make a claim you must: Take your vehicle to any BestDrive branch together with your original receipt and any other paperwork provided to you. Please be sure to keep your original paperwork safe as a failure to produce it could impact your ability to claim.

Please note that proof of purchase is essential before any work can be started. All BestDrive branded tyres originally purchased at BestDrive are covered by these guarantees. The guarantees apply from the date of original purchase for the nominated vehicle and are not transferable.

The level of discount applied is calculated on the remaining tread depth of the damaged tyre. The discount is applied to the current replacement price at the time of exchange. N.B. This guarantee does not apply to any vehicle being used in the trade of private hire, taxis or used in off road/or competitive sports. The guarantee is void if the damage is caused by criminal, malicious or improper driving damage.

Note:

• Premature or uneven wear due to mis-alignment or inflation issues are not covered by the tyres “NO Quibble Guarantee”.
• The price of the replacement tyre will be calculated based on 6mm of overall tread depth being the legal usable tread on a new tyre.
• The assumption is the new tyre will have a total of circa 8mm of tread with below 2mm being under the legal usage limit.
• These tyres are made from robust material, but will only give their best if used and maintained properly.
• All tyre repairs will be carried out in line with the regulations set by the tyre industry best practice guidelines.
• Any tyre repairs carried out by any 3rd party will invalidate the warranty.
• Where adjudication is required, the tyre will be returned to and inspected by Continental for an engineer’s evaluation. During this process a replacement tyre may need to be purchased, which will be refunded if found to be manufacturing issue.
