BestDrive by Continental are happy to advise that all BestDrive branches now display a copy of the new EU tyre label in branch. The new label became effective form 1st May 2021 on all tyres manufactured from that date, so customers should start to see the new version on tyres purchased from the start of July.
The tyre label is designed to advise on the key attributes of the tyre in question and with particular reference to:
Fuel Efficiency
Stopping distances
Road noise
New features now include some symbols for whether the tyre has attributes for snow/ice and also a QR code that can allow the consumer to get a very detailed synopsis on the tyre.
BestDrive also give all the EU tyre label details on all tyre purchases so that the customer is aware of the specification of the tyre purchased.
