Our gender pay gap shows quite a discrepancy. We also have to keep in mind that BestDrive, as most other companies of our industry, has a much higher share of males than females in our staff.
Especially our branch network functions have traditionally attracted more male applications than female. However, BestDrive is dedicated to having a balanced gender breakdown in our workforce, and we encourage female candidates to apply not only to head-office functions, but also to branch positions e.g. in operations and sales jobs.
